Best time of Year to visit Hoi An, Vietnam
Hoi An is old Town located in Quang Nam province, 30 kilometers South of My Khe beach. Hoi An is famous for Chua Cau or Lai Vien Kieu, on the west of Tran Phu street.

Hoi An has tropical climate, therefore, Hoi An’s weather is warm the whole year. Its average temperature is 29 oC. There are only rainy and dry season in Hoi An, but not four seasons like in the Northern of Vietnam. The rainy season lasts from September to May. In this season, it is rain always. This is low season for tourism in Hoi An. The dry season lasts from February to May. This is the best time to visit Hoi An. These months provide plenty of sunshine with warm weather. You can join swimming, diving and snorkelling in this season. You should chose to travel to Hoi An on the 14th day of lunar year when the Full Moon Festivals takes part. It becomes the stage for songs, dance, games and food with thousands of lanterns on the street.
Coming to Hoi An tourists can visit Quan Cong Temple, Musium of culture. There are many ancient houses which are Phung Hung House, Tan Ky House. Today, Hoi An is also famous for shopping. Tourists can buy wonderful souvenirs, handicrafts, antique pieces, silk matetials and art paintings. You should walk around Hoi An at night, especially on the night of the full moon. There are thousands of lanterns and music and dance shows are performed throughout the town.
